This blog is in the continuation of the
previous part of it. Therefore, with the part 2, not making you wait;
let us move to the next amazingly unique pieces of architecture around
the world. Her we go!
4. Wonderworks, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
With the company slogan “Let Your Imagination Run Wild”, this building
indeed has some wild type of architectural design. This is dubbed as an
entertainment center, which does science exhibitions. It’s got various
interactive science exhibits based on themes regarding space,
mathematics and physics. They offer laser-tag as well as multi-story
ropes course. This upside down building is definitely an assured fun
location for all ages. Luckily, it is based in several locations in the
U.S. and is a must-watch amusement park not only from outside but also
from inside.
5. Habitat 67, Montreal, Canada
How do you want to own a house here? Well, the image is quite tempting.
Habitat 67 is a one-of-its-kind housing complex located in Montreal,
Canada. Factually, it was built as a part of Expo-67, a World Fair that
held from April to October 1967. It aimed to be designed in a way that
it’s affordable and has close but private quarters. It also aimed to
give each house the facility of a garden. This bizarre design was
designed by a Canadian architect Moshe Safdie.
6. The Crooked House, Poland
Does not even seem real. Does not it look like some kind of painting by
an abstract painter, or maybe a drunk painter? Well, for you to believe,
you have to visit The Crooked House in Poland by yourself. And if you
cannot, let us assure you that this is as real as your blinking eyes.
Designed by the architect namely, Szotynscy Zaleski, this building is
claimed to be the most photographed building in Poland and it’s located
in Rezydent Shopping Center in Sopot.
7. Antilla, Mumbai, India
Dubbed as the World’s first
billion-dollar home by Forbes magazine, Antilla is located in Mumbai,
India. Thanks to the Indian business magnate, chairman, managing
director and largest shareholder of the Reliance Industries Limited (a
Fortune Global 500 company and India’s second most valuable company by
market value)- Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani. The construction of this house
was completed in 2010 and has ‘everything’ within. For instance, this
radiantly tall house is equipped with a health spa, a salon, a ballroom,
a 50-seat movie theater and multiple swimming pools, yoga and dance
studios and ice-cream room (a room with synthetic snowflakes). Well,
yeah, you can breathe now!
